Repairman Kevin Alexandre (not sure of the spelling of his last name) came to my house to repair my washer today.

The hot water wouldn't run. He knew what the problem was before he came and called me to see if I would rather he go get the part before he came or come and take the part off. It was fine with me.

He repaired my washer in a timely, courteous manner, tested it and I was very pleased with his work.

If I need All Pro's services again I will be sure and ask for him and highly recommend him to others.
